Returns on Supplements: 

We accept returns of supplements within 60 days of original purchase. Items received after 60 days will not be refunded. 

Returns on Creams:

Creams must be unused, unopened, and undamaged for full refund within 30 days of original purchase.  For example, if you purchased 3 bottles, the remaining 2 bottles must be in the original condition and packaging.

Returns on Serums: 

Serums must be unused, unopened, and undamaged for full refund within 90 days of original purchase.  For example, if you purchased 3 bottles, the remaining 2 bottles must be in the original condition and packaging.

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.

Is There a Money Back Guarantee?

We work hard to bring you some of the most advanced formulas. Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee ensures that you have plenty of time to try our product and determine for yourself that it's worth at least several times what you paid for it. If you are not happy with your product, for whatever reason, just send the open and unopened bottles back to us, please note: we are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. Processing of returns may take up to 7 business days once the product is received at our facility. Once the return has completed our verification process, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to clear with the purchaser's bank. How Long Does Shipping Take?

All orders are processed and in the mail within 1-2 business days. Once in the mail, transit time is estimated at 5-7 business days (that is in addition to the processing time, estimated time 2-10 days combined). We do not do overnight (or expedited) shipping. We ship via USPS ground shipping.

We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Holidays & weekends are not counted as a "business" or "transit" day. These days are all based on the most accurate estimate we can provide, there can be circumstances that cause a delay in shipment that are out of our control. Sometimes due to holidays/weekends, the 1-2 day processing time can increase an extra day or two.

Keep in mind that the USPS may experience heavy delays during peak mailing seasons such as holidays, because of this there is a possibility your package may arrive delayed. We highly encourage ordering in advance to avoid any delays in shipment. 

We are not responsible for contacting the shipping carrier (USPS) if an order is missing, lost or stolen. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to contact the carrier directly. No refunds or store credits will be issued for missing, lost, or stolen orders.

We do not ship international due to import laws and restrictions.
